Narratively is looking for one or more talented Guest Editors who will assign and edit one in-depth narrative feature each month. This is a freelance position, with the possibility to expand into a larger role.

At Narratively we publish experienced writers as well as first-time authors who have particularly unique stories to tell, so we’re looking for editors who are comfortable working with both. Each editor will be responsible for soliciting their own story ideas from writers in their networks, then shepherding them from pitch to publication.
Guest editors will assign and edit one story per month; pay rate is $40/hour.

We’re looking for interns who are passionate about storytelling and digital journalism. Applicants should be excited to learn and participate in every aspect of the editorial process, as well as assisting in developing TV, film and podcast projects inspired by our stories, and coming up with new ideas and initiatives.
The position is remote and consists of about 10 hours per week of work, which can be completed on a flexible schedule. Interns are paid a stipend of $400/month. Interns can receive school credit, but those who are not currently students can also apply.
