Jorge Novoa

Jorge Novoa knew he wanted to be a writer at 7 years old, when he asked Santa for a typewriter. His first published short story (“Malakai,” Miambiance) received a Gold Circle Award from Columbia Scholastic Press Association, while the most recent — “body/soul” — was featured in HORNS Magazine, Summer Solstice issue 2017. Although Jorge works in NYC, an elderly dog and three cats have graciously allowed him to live with them in Jersey City.
