Lacy Warner is a writer living on Martha’s Vineyard. She has an MFA in nonfiction writing from Columbia University and has written for Longreads, Guernica, Tin House and The LARB, among others. She is currently at work on an essay collection about the intersection of sex and art, as well as a book on Francesca Woodman and Nan Goldin that blends biography, criticism, and memoir to examine the power and burden of female pain and desire.
