Nincy Perdomo

Nincy Perdomo is a Honduran photographer and videojournalist with over a decade of experience covering Honduras and Central America. Her emphasis is on national and regional politics, gender and women's issues, and social movements. She has been a stringer for national and international news outlets, such as Agence France Presse (AFP), McClatchy, and others. She directed the 2019 short film documentary “La Fiera de Azacualpa”, which became part of the official selection by Filming Justice, an annual cinematographic exhibition at the CUNY Graduate Center. She is a fellow of the Adelante program from the International Women's Media Foundation (IWMF) and in the ICFJ program “A digital path for entrepreneurship and innovation in Latin America."
