This truly resonates with me, especially deep body-work and the way it correlates to our art. I also love the idea of moving around with my writing, almost setting up an obstacle course or "creative" stations. I think your approaches sound incredible and how valuable for us, and generous of you to share them.
I'm so glad to hear this, Rebecca! One of the simplest (and free!) things we can do is literally SIT IN A DIFFERENT PLACE when revising our work (and obviously, work by hand). We need to give our bodies a different experience while writing, if want to think outside the box. Good luck with your work and thanks for the conversation!

Wonderful!
This is wonderful and so true! I call it "simmering."
Love that!
Thanks for sharing that -- simmering. YES!
