Jesse Sposato is a journalist, essayist and editor living in Brooklyn, NY. Her writing has appeared in New York magazine’s Bedford + Bowery, InStyle, Refinery29, Broadly, KQED Pop and The Rumpus, among many others. She is currently working on a grief memoir and a collection of essays about coming of age in the suburbs.

As a branded content writer and editor at places like R29 Brand Experiences, Ryot Studio and Narratively, she has written about subjects ranging from a nonprofit that makes 3D-printed bionic arms; to a farm in the city of Jackson, Mississippi; to DIY projects for the whole family; to innovative radio and television stations. While at Ryot, she concepted, wrote and edited a large part of the written content for the TIAA Difference Maker 100 campaign on HuffPost, which was a finalist for multiple content awards and was featured as one of the 50 best branded content partnerships of 2018. When she’s not writing or editing, she’s likely to be reading, hiking or eating popcorn.
